Reservation Policy

Reservation Policy:

To complete the reservation, a deposit of 1 night is required and payment of the remaining amount upon your arrival at the accommodation. Free cancellation is provided up to 21 days before arrival and refund of the amount corresponding to the advance payment. Otherwise, and if the reservation is canceled within less than 21 days, the deposit will not be refunded.

It is possible to change the reservation date within 3 months from the day of arrival and depending on availability.

In the event that you choose “Bank Deposit” as the payment method, you must state the reservation number and your name as the reason for the deposit.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the amount appears in our account or until you send us the deposit to the email [email protected]

Additional Charges:

The total price of the reservation does not include the accommodation tax, which amounts to €0.5 per night. The accommodation tax is calculated on the total number of nights and is paid upon your arrival at the accommodation.

Children & Extra Beds:

– 1 child under 2 stays free of charge
